Spinning: 1-hour of fun interval training rides with different themes for each day.
Power Hour: 1-hour interval training; 45 seconds on, 15 seconds rest. Targets different body parts. No two classes will ever be the same!
CoreFit HIIT: Interval training on the treadmill, rowers, and functional training will challenge you to stay in the zone.
Camp CoreFit: A challenging workout with balls, bands, runs, kettlebells, and more all taking place outdoors.
